1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and its file-conversion services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
2. Operator Information
This Service is operated by OnConvert, a digital service operated by Dado Cosic as a sole proprietor (“the Operator”).
For questions or support, you may contact:
Email: info@onconvert.io
3. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Uploaded files are processed automatically and deleted shortly after processing. We do not permanently store or review your files. Only minimal technical information required for operation may be collected. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
4. Description of the Service
The Service allows users to upload supported files and convert them to alternative formats. Features, availability, and performance may change at any time without notice.
5. No Registration Required
The Service currently does not require user accounts or registration. All conversions are anonymous unless premium features are added in the future.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content; not to upload malware; not to automate abusive traffic; not to attempt bypassing security systems; and not to interfere with the proper operation of the Service. Violations may result in blocked access.
7. File Handling and Deletion
Uploaded files are stored only temporarily for processing. Converted files are available for download for a limited time only. All files are automatically deleted afterward. No backups are kept, and it is your responsibility to maintain your own file copies.
8. Payments and Refunds
All payments for paid features are processed securely by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle will charge your selected payment method for any paid transactions, including applicable taxes based on your location.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. All refunds are handled directly by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Protection Policy and are issued without conditions during this period.
For refund requests, users can access the “View Order” link in their receipt email or contact Paddle at help@paddle.com.
If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the product, your remedy is either a replacement file or a refund of the amount paid, as determined by Paddle.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including design, text, graphics, and code, is the property of the Operator unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any part of the website without written permission. You retain ownership of your uploaded files.
10. User Content Responsibility
You are fully responsible for the files you upload. By using the Service, you confirm that you own the rights to the files or have permission from the rights holder. The Operator is not responsible for copyright violations or misuse by users.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. No guarantee is made regarding performance, availability, accuracy, compatibility, or success of conversions. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Operator is not liable for lost or corrupted data, failed conversions, downtime, indirect or consequential damages, device issues, missed deadlines, or losses arising from using the Service. You are responsible for backing up your files.
13. Modifications and Updates
The Operator may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after updates means you accept the new Terms.
14. Termination
The Operator may restrict or terminate access to the Service at any time, especially for violations, abuse, or harmful behavior. No notice is required.
15. Dispute Resolution
Users agree to first attempt resolving any issues informally by contacting the Operator. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be handled through negotiation, mediation, or legal channels.
16. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections remain fully valid and enforceable.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the Operator and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
